Editorial Diversity

IRPH recognizes that a scholarly journal benefits from an editorial structure that reflects the international and disciplinary communities it serves.

Editorial Board appointments are based on relevant academic expertise, subject knowledge, research experience, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the editorial development of the journal. IRPH seeks appropriate representation across institutions, geographic regions, research communities, and areas of subject expertise, while maintaining a board composition that remains consistent with the journal's stated scope and publication requirements.

Editorial Board members are identified by name and institutional affiliation, and their responsibilities within the journal are defined according to their editorial role.

IRPH does not regard geographic or institutional diversity as a substitute for scholarly qualification. Editorial diversity is pursued together with academic expertise, editorial independence, research integrity, and appropriate disciplinary representation.

The composition of an Editorial Board is reviewed periodically in relation to the journal's scope, publication activity, emerging areas of research, and the continuing contribution of individual members.
