Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to journals published by International Research Publication House (IRPH) undergo a structured peer review process intended to assess scientific quality, originality, and relevance.
1. Initial Editorial Screening
The Editorial Office conducts a preliminary assessment to evaluate scope alignment, originality, ethical compliance, and basic technical quality. Manuscripts that do not meet minimum requirements may be declined at this stage.
2. Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are evaluated by subject experts drawn from the Editorial Board or by external reviewers. Reviews focus on:
A. Technical soundness
B. Methodological rigor
C. Contribution to the field
Clarity and organization of presentation
3. Editorial Decision
Based on reviewer reports, the handling Editor may recommend:
A. Acceptance with minor revisions
B. Revision and resubmission
C. Rejection
4. Revision and Final Evaluation
Authors are required to respond to reviewer comments within a stipulated timeframe. Revised manuscripts may be reassessed before a final editorial decision is made.
5. Publication
Manuscripts accepted for publication are scheduled for publication in a forthcoming issue, subject to journal-specific publication timelines.
Publication Ethics
International Research Publication House (IRPH) is committed to maintaining high standards of ethical conduct in scholarly publishing. All journals and books published by IRPH adhere to established principles of research integrity and publication ethics, aligned with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and internationally accepted best practices.
Responsibilities of Authors
Authors submitting work to IRPH publications are expected to:
A. Submit original research that has not been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
B. Properly acknowledge the work of others through accurate citation and referencing.
C. Ensure that all listed authors have made a significant contribution to the work and have approved the final manuscript.
D. Disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that may influence the research.
E. Comply with ethical standards related to human participants, animal studies, and data handling, where applicable.
Editorial and Reviewer Responsibilities
Editors and reviewers are expected to:
A. Evaluate manuscripts objectively, based solely on scholarly merit and relevance
B. Maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts
C. Declare any conflicts of interest and recuse themselves when appropriate
D. Provide timely, constructive, and unbiased assessments
Misconduct and Ethical Breaches
IRPH does not tolerate academic misconduct, including but not limited to plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, duplicate submission, citation manipulation, and unethical research practices. Suspected cases are investigated in accordance with COPE-recommended procedures.
Corrections and Retractions
Where errors or ethical concerns are identified after publication, IRPH reserves the right to issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions, as appropriate, to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.

International Research Publication House (IRPH) respects the intellectual property rights of authors while ensuring lawful dissemination and use of published content. Copyright Ownership
Unless otherwise stated by a specific journal or publication agreement, authors publishing with IRPH retain copyright of their work and grant IRPH the right to publish, reproduce, and distribute the content in print and electronic formats.
