International Research Publication House (IRPH)
Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The journals published by
the International Research Publication House (IRPH) under the
Electronic and Electrical Journals group are committed to
maintaining high standards of publication ethics, research integrity,
and responsible scholarly communication. The journals expect authors,
editors, reviewers, and all other participants in the publication
process to act with honesty, fairness, transparency, and professional
responsibility. The journals follow established principles of
responsible scholarly publishing and take appropriate measures to
address suspected ethical misconduct. The following principles apply to
manuscripts submitted to the journals and to the publication process as
a whole.
1. Responsibilities of
Authors
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted work is
original, accurately reported, and prepared in accordance with accepted
standards of scholarly research.
Authors should:
 |
Submit original work that has
not been published previously and is not simultaneously under
consideration by another journal. |
 |
Present research methods,
experiments, simulations, analyses, results, and conclusions
accurately and transparently. |
 |
Avoid plagiarism, fabrication,
falsification, inappropriate manipulation of data or results, and
other forms of research misconduct. |
 |
Properly acknowledge and cite
the work, ideas, methods, data, and contributions of others. |
 |
Ensure that all individuals
listed as authors have made substantial contributions to the work
and have approved the submitted manuscript. |
 |
Obtain appropriate permissions
for the use of copyrighted material, figures, tables, datasets, or
other third-party content. |
 |
Disclose relevant financial,
professional, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest. |
 |
Provide sufficient
methodological and technical information to allow the research to be
properly understood and, where reasonably possible, evaluated or
reproduced. |
 |
Ensure that figures, images,
experimental results, computational outputs, and other technical
material have not been manipulated in a misleading manner. |
 |
Report significant limitations,
assumptions, uncertainties, or methodological constraints where
relevant. |
 |
Take responsibility for the
accuracy and integrity of the submitted work. |
 |
Notify the journal promptly if
a significant error is identified in a published article and
cooperate with the editors in issuing an appropriate correction or
other notice. |
2. Originality,
Duplicate Publication and Plagiarism
Manuscripts submitted to the journals must be original. Authors should
not submit substantially the same manuscript to more than one journal at
the same time. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable, including the
unacknowledged use of another person's words, ideas, results, figures,
data, or other intellectual contributions. Reuse of an author's own
previously published material should also be appropriately acknowledged
and should not result in redundant or substantially duplicate
publication. Where concerns regarding plagiarism, duplicate publication,
or inappropriate reuse of material arise, the journal may investigate
the matter and take appropriate editorial action.
3. Authorship and
Contributions
Authorship should reflect substantial contributions to the conception or
design of the research, acquisition or analysis of data, development of
methods, interpretation of results, or preparation of the manuscript.
All listed authors should have participated sufficiently in the work to
take responsibility for their contribution and should have approved the
final version of the manuscript. Changes to authorship after submission
should be supported by an appropriate explanation and agreement from the
relevant authors.
4. Responsibilities of
Editors
Editors are responsible for managing manuscripts fairly, objectively,
and confidentially.
Editors should:
 |
Evaluate manuscripts on the
basis of their scholarly and technical merits and relevance to the
journal. |
 |
Make editorial decisions
independently and without discrimination based on nationality,
gender, institutional affiliation, personal characteristics, or
other irrelevant considerations. |
 |
Maintain confidentiality
regarding submitted manuscripts and associated information. |
 |
Select appropriate reviewers
and manage the peer-review process responsibly. |
 |
Avoid using unpublished
information from submitted manuscripts for personal or professional
advantage. |
 |
Declare and appropriately
manage conflicts of interest. |
 |
Investigate credible
allegations of ethical misconduct and take appropriate action when
concerns are substantiated. |
 |
Consider corrections,
retractions, or other editorial notices when necessary to maintain
the integrity of the published record. |
5. Responsibilities of
Reviewers
Peer reviewers contribute to the quality and integrity of scholarly
publishing and should conduct reviews objectively, constructively, and
confidentially.
Reviewers should:
 |
Assess manuscripts impartially
and provide clear, technically relevant, and constructive comments. |
 |
Maintain confidentiality
regarding the manuscript and its contents. |
 |
Identify relevant published
work that has not been appropriately cited where reasonably
apparent. |
 |
Inform the editor of any
substantial similarity, suspected plagiarism, or other ethical
concern. |
 |
Disclose any conflict of
interest that could affect the objectivity of the review. |
 |
Decline a review when they do
not possess appropriate expertise or cannot complete the review
within a reasonable period. |
 |
Not use unpublished information
obtained through peer review for personal research, professional
advantage, or any other unauthorized purpose. |
6. Conflicts of
Interest
Authors, editors, and reviewers should disclose any financial,
professional, institutional, or personal relationship that could
reasonably be perceived as influencing the research, editorial decision,
or peer-review process.
The existence of a conflict does not necessarily prevent publication or
participation in peer review, but relevant conflicts should be disclosed
and managed appropriately.
7. Research Integrity
and Data
Authors are expected to maintain appropriate records supporting the
reported research, including experimental data, computational analyses,
simulations, measurements, and other relevant research materials.
Fabrication, falsification, deliberate manipulation of results, or
misleading presentation of research findings constitutes serious
misconduct. Where concerns regarding the integrity or reliability of
published research arise, the journal may request clarification or
supporting information from the authors and may take appropriate action
following investigation.
8. Ethical and
Responsible Use of Research
Authors should ensure that their research is conducted in accordance
with applicable institutional, professional, legal, and ethical
requirements. Research involving human participants, personal
information, animals, hazardous materials, or other regulated activities
should have the appropriate approvals and safeguards where applicable.
Authors should also present claims concerning technologies, devices,
systems, algorithms, experiments, or applications responsibly and should
not deliberately misrepresent performance, reliability, safety, or
practical applicability.
9. Corrections,
Retractions and Post-Publication Issues
The journals recognize that errors may occasionally be identified after
publication. When a published article contains a significant error or
omission that affects the accuracy or interpretation of the work, the
journal may publish a correction or other appropriate editorial notice.
Where evidence demonstrates that an article contains serious problems
such as fabricated or falsified research, major plagiarism, substantial
ethical violations, or fundamentally unreliable findings, the journal
may consider retraction or other appropriate action. Editorial action
will be determined according to the nature and seriousness of the
concern and with the objective of preserving the accuracy and integrity
of the scholarly record.
10. Handling
Allegations of Misconduct
Allegations of plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate
publication, authorship disputes, manipulation of the peer-review
process, or other forms of publication misconduct will be considered
seriously. The journal may seek explanations or supporting information
from the authors, reviewers, editors, or other relevant parties and may
consult appropriate institutional or external sources where necessary.
Depending on the circumstances, possible actions may include requesting
clarification, correcting the published record, rejecting a manuscript,
withdrawing a manuscript from consideration, issuing an editorial
notice, or retracting a published article.
11. Commitment to
Publication Integrity
IRPH and its Electronic and Electrical Journals are committed to
maintaining a reliable scholarly record and to promoting responsible
research and publication practices. All participants in the publication
process share responsibility for maintaining the standards of academic
integrity and professional conduct expected of scholarly publishing.
