Authors and Affiliations
All individuals who have made substantial contributions to the conception, execution, analysis, or interpretation of the research should be appropriately recognized in accordance with accepted principles of authorship.
Author names should be presented consistently and accompanied by their institutional affiliations. Affiliations should normally include the department or organizational unit, institution, city, postal or geographic information where applicable, and country.
The corresponding author should be clearly identified and should provide a valid email address for editorial communication.

Abstract
Research Articles and other applicable contributions should include a concise abstract that clearly states the purpose or objective of the work, the principal methods or approach, the major findings, and the principal conclusions or implications.
The abstract should be sufficiently informative to allow readers and abstracting and indexing services to determine the relevance of the article.
The specific abstract length and formatting requirements should follow the current
IJERT Article Preparation Template.

Keywords
Authors should provide appropriate keywords or key phrases that accurately represent the principal subject areas, methods, applications, and findings of the manuscript. Keywords should assist in the discovery and retrieval of the published work.

References
References should be relevant to the work and cited consistently throughout the manuscript. References should be numbered in the order in which they appear in the text and presented in accordance with the reference style specified in the current IJERT Article Preparation Template.
Authors are responsible for checking the accuracy and completeness of their references.

Editorial Assessment and Peer Review
Submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for the journal in terms of scope, basic scholarly requirements, and submission standards.
Manuscripts considered suitable for further consideration are subject to peer review in accordance with the journal's Peer Review Policy. The final editorial decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief, taking into account the recommendations arising from the editorial and peer-review process.

Originality and Exclusivity of Submission
Authors must submit original work that has not been published previously and is not simultaneously under consideration for publication elsewhere, except where an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed with the editorial office.
Where a manuscript contains material previously published or reproduced from another source, the authors are responsible for identifying the source and obtaining any permissions required for its reuse.

Publication Decision
Acceptance for publication is determined by the Editor-in-Chief following completion of the journal's editorial and peer-review process.
An accepted manuscript may not subsequently be published in another journal or periodical in substantially the same form without appropriate authorization and disclosure.

Publication Charges
Publication charges, where applicable, are payable only for manuscripts that have been accepted for publication.
The applicable publication charges should be communicated to authors through the journal's current publication-charge information and should not be interpreted as a factor in the editorial or peer-review decision.
[US$ 350 or INR 12,500 - per article]

Copyright and Publishing Agreement
For an accepted manuscript, the corresponding author is required to complete the applicable publishing or copyright agreement before publication. The agreement should establish the rights necessary for the publisher to publish and distribute the article while setting out the rights retained by the authors, as applicable under the journal's current publishing arrangements.
Authors should ensure that they have the authority to grant the rights specified in the applicable agreement.

Publication Ethics
Authors are expected to comply with established standards of research and publication ethics. Manuscripts should be original, accurately presented, appropriately referenced, and free from plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, and other forms of publication misconduct. All authors should have made appropriate contributions to the work and should approve the submitted manuscript.
Detailed requirements are provided in the journal's Publication Ethics and Malpractice Policy.

Proofs
Where page proofs are provided, the corresponding author should review the proofs carefully and return any necessary corrections within the period specified by the editorial office.
Proof corrections should primarily address typographical, formatting, or production errors. Substantive alterations to the accepted manuscript may require editorial approval and, where appropriate, additional review.

Publication and Online Access
Accepted articles are published according to the journal's publication schedule and production procedures. Where the journal provides online publication prior to inclusion in a scheduled issue, the applicable procedure will be communicated to the authors. The journal's current publication frequency and issue schedule are stated separately on the journal website.
