International Journal of Biomechanical Engineering a international scholarly journal which offers prompt publication of articles covering theoretical, computational and experimental investigations of all aspects of the Biomechanical Engineering. Areas includes (but not limited to) artificial organs and prostheses; bioinstrumentation and measurements; bio-heat transfer; biomaterials; biomechanics; bioprocess engineering; cellular mechanics; design and control of biological systems; and physiological systems, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Biomechanics, Cell Biomechanics, Dental Biomechanics, Functional Tissue Engineering, Injury Biomechanics, Molecular Biomechanics , Orthopedic Biomechanics, Rehabilitation Biomechanics, Sports Biomechanics and more.

Submission of Paper: Manuscripts are invited from academicians, research students, and scientists for publication consideration. Papers are accepted for editorial consideration through email irpeditor@gmail.com with the understanding that they have not been published, submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere. Please mention journal title in your email.

Types of paper:
1. Regular articles: These should describe new and carefully confirmed findings, and experimental procedures should be given in sufficient detail for others to verify the work. The length of a full paper should be the minimum required to describe and interpret the work clearly.
2. Short Communications: A Short Communication is suitable for recording the results of complete small investigations or giving details of new models or hypotheses, innovative methods, techniques or apparatus. The style of main sections need not conform to that of full-length papers.
3. Reviews: Submissions of reviews and perspectives covering topics of current interest are welcome and encouraged. Reviews manuscripts are also peer-reviewed.

Frequency: Two issues per year.
