Copyright and Licensing
Upon acceptance for publication, the author(s) grant International Research Publication House (IRPH) the necessary rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, communicate, archive, preserve, and make the accepted article available in print and electronic forms, including through the journal website, digital archives, indexing services, and other scholarly dissemination channels.
The author(s) retain responsibility for the originality of the work and for obtaining permission to reproduce any third-party material included in the manuscript. Submission of a manuscript confirms that the author(s) have the necessary rights and authority to enter into the publishing agreement and that the manuscript is not subject to any conflicting copyright or publishing obligation.
Unless otherwise stated in a written publishing agreement, the copyright in the published article is transferred to IRPH upon acceptance for publication, subject to the rights retained by the author(s) under applicable law and the journal's stated licensing terms. Author(s) may use the published work for reasonable personal, educational, and research purposes, provided that such use does not imply endorsement by IRPH and does not conflict with the rights granted to the publisher.
IRPH reserves the right to take appropriate action where an article is found to infringe third-party rights, has been submitted or published in violation of another publisher's rights, or contains unauthorized copyrighted material. Where a dispute concerning copyright, authorship, permissions, or publication rights arises, the journal may request supporting documentation from the author(s) and may suspend publication or take appropriate corrective action where warranted.
The terms governing public reuse, redistribution, or adaptation of the published article shall be determined by the licensing terms stated by the journal at the time of publication. No separate license or permission for third-party reuse is granted by this statement unless expressly provided under the applicable journal licence or publishing agreement.
